HELENA POP
To close out our Not Fest sessions we have the last band we filmed that weekend. Sunday morning was seedy and slow, and it's hard to say whether Helena Pop soothed our hangovers or just broke our vulnerable hearts. Hailing from Canberra, the band are a relatively new assembly but have quickly crafted a dynamic and endearing sound. There is something special about frontman Jack Livingston's vocals paired with the rich tones of Benjamin Drury's double bass, so we feel lucky to have been able to capture a couple of songs.
